3. Order Processing, Cut-Off Times, and Transit Timelines

4. Consignment Tracking & Order Verifications

6. Erroneous Delivery Coordinates & Lost Consignments

The purchasing client holds sole responsibility for providing valid, comprehensive, and error-free physical street addresses during checkout. Taxs cannot guarantee delivery if shipping records contain missing apartment digits or inaccurate postal routing designations. If a shipment is marked as successfully delivered by the designated courier but cannot be physically located, please coordinate immediately with our logistics desk at support@taxs.shop within 5 calendar days to prompt a carrier trace.

7. Damaged Shipments & Product Inconsistencies

In the rare event that a package suffers external damage during maritime or air transit, consumers are requested to photograph the unopened courier box and product conditions immediately. Please forward all photo evidence to our support email (support@taxs.shop) within 48 hours of structural arrival. Our support desk will examine the case and deploy an advanced replacement or a formal credit according to current inventory parameters.
